Prepare a project
Once all the images have been uploaded to the storage server, a project will be created by an administrator for the given collectivity. The project is used to link stored images to ingestion campaigns, validating those images are accessible.
From the home page, you will see the list of projects you have a membership to. In case you can’t see a project, or a warning message is displayed please contact an administrator.
You can list campaigns related to a project by clicking on its name or the action button on the right.
Create campaigns
Project overall progression is displayed on the page listing campaigns. The total number of items is directly retrieved from the storage server.
In order to validate images of a project, you will need to create successive campaigns. Please pay attention to campaign’s naming as it is frequent to run tens of campaigns on a project.
Campaign creation requires to submit a CSV file containing references to the images. Those files are usually transmitted by each collectivity and must contain a reference to the images with some metadata.
