Navigation
Clicking on a project's name in the project list allows you to browse the elements in the whole project. By default, only the top-level folder elements are shown. If a top-level type was configured on the project, all top-level elements of that type are shown instead.
By opening a folder element, you can browse through the elements within that folder, using a similar interface.
In both cases, elements can be filtered on and sorted in different ways through the filter bar shown above the elements.

The input on the left allows you to add, edit or remove filters on the current list. A filter is a combination of three elements: a field, an operator and a value.
Each field can only be used once. Some fields are incompatible with each other, or may not always be available depending on the context of the elements list. Further details on the available fields, their operators and accepted values can be found below.
Using the filter bar
Adding a filter
-
Click on the blank area of the filter bar to focus it and start typing. A dropdown opens to show the available filter fields.
-
Type a field’s name, or use the up or down arrow keys to choose one in the dropdown, then press Enter to select it.
-
The dropdown now displays the available filter operators. Type an operator’s name, or use the up or down arrow keys to choose one in the dropdown, then press Enter to select it.
When only one operator is available, it will be selected automatically.
-
On fields that support it, the dropdown may show suggestions of values to type, or may be showing the only values that are allowed. Type a value, or choose one in the dropdown if the field supports it, and press Enter to select it.
-
If this combination of field, operator and value is valid, the filter is added to the list. Otherwise, an error notification may be shown.
You can return to a previous part of the filter by pressing the Backspace key.
Editing a filter
You may edit the operator or value of an existing filter by clicking on it.
Editing the operator erases the value entirely. If the field only supports one operator, the operator part will not be editable.
It is not possible to edit the field. To use a different field, remove the filter then add a new one.
Available filters
Name
Filter elements by part of their name.
Any element whose name contains the given value will be included. This filter is case-insensitive.
Type
Filter elements by type.
The only allowed values are type names, for types found within the current project.
This field cannot be used together with Folder.
Folder
Filter elements by folder or non-folder types.
This field only accepts the values Yes or No. Yes restricts to folder elements, and No excludes them.
This field cannot be used together with Type.
Top level
Restrict to or exclude top-level elements.
This field only accepts the values Yes or No. Yes restricts to top-level elements, and No excludes them.
Omitting this filter causes all elements of the project to be included, regardless of their hierarchy.
This field is only available when browsing elements in a project, not when browsing folder elements.
Recursive
Include all descendants of this folder recursively.
This field only accepts the values Yes or No. Yes includes all descendants recursively, and No does not. Setting the value to No is equivalent to not using this field at all.
This field is only available when browsing elements within a folder, not in a project.
Rotation angle
Filter elements by their rotation angle.
This field accepts an angle in degrees, from 0 to 359. Decimal values are not allowed.
Mirrored
Filter elements by whether they are mirrored vertically.
This field only accepts the values Yes or No. Yes restricts to mirrored elements, and No excludes them.
Confidence
Filter elements by their confidence score.
This field accepts multiple operators: less than <
, less than or equal to ⇐
, equal to =
, greater than or equal to >=
and greater than >
.
This field only accepts a decimal number between 0 and 1 as its value.
Using this filter will exclude any element that has no confidence score set.
Creator email
Filter elements by their creator’s email address.
Elements that have no known creator will not be included.
Worker version
Filter elements by a worker version.
A dropdown will suggest worker versions that are known to have been used within this project. This field will also accept the UUID of any other worker version as its value.
A special No worker version option is also included in the dropdown. Selecting it will filter on elements that have no worker run associated with them.
Worker run ID
Filter elements by a worker run.
This field accepts the UUID of any worker run as its value.
The dropdown only suggests one option, Manual. Selecting it will filter on elements that have no worker run associated with them.
Class
Filter elements by a class.
A dropdown will show a list of suggested classes, but the list may not be complete. You can start typing part of a class name, and the dropdown will update with the search results.
Any element that has a classification that uses the selected class will be included.
This field will not be available when no classes have been configured on the project.
When this filter is combined with Classification confidence or High confidence classification, each element must have a classification that satisfies all of those filters at once.
Classification confidence
Filter elements by the confidence score of any of their classifications.
This field accepts multiple operators: less than <
, less than or equal to ⇐
, equal to =
, greater than or equal to >=
and greater than >
.
This field only accepts a decimal number between 0 and 1 as its value.
Using this filter will exclude any element that has no classifications.
When this filter is combined with Class or High confidence classification, each element must have a classification that satisfies all of those filters at once.
High confidence classification
Filter elements by whether any of their classifications is marked as high confidence.
This field only accepts the values Yes or No. Yes restricts to elements with a high confidence classification, and No excludes them.
Using this filter will exclude any element that has no classifications.
When this filter is combined with Class Classification confidence, each element must have a classification that satisfies all of those filters at once.
Metadata name
Filter elements by the name of any of their metadata.
A dropdown will show a list of suggested metadata names from the allowed metadata of the project. However, because some metadata may not be registered as allowed metadata, any value can be typed.
Using this filter will exclude any element that has no metadata.
Metadata value
Filter elements by the value of their metadata.
This field is only available after having used the Metadata name field.
This field accepts multiple operators: less than <
, less than or equal to ⇐
, equal to =
, greater than or equal to >=
, greater than >
and contains.
When any operator other than equal to and contains is used, the only allowed values are decimal numbers, and only metadata of a Numeric type will be considered, as those mathematical operators cannot be applied on text.
Transcription confidence
Filter elements by the confidence score of any of their transcriptions.
This field accepts multiple operators: less than <
, less than or equal to ⇐
, equal to =
, greater than or equal to >=
and greater than >
.
This field only accepts a decimal number between 0 and 1 as its value.
Using this filter will exclude any element that has no transcriptions.
When this filter is combined with Transcription worker version or Transcription worker run ID, each element must have a transcription that satisfies all of those filters at once.
Transcription worker version
Filter elements by the worker version of any of their transcriptions.
A dropdown will suggest worker versions that are known to have been used within this project. This field will also accept the UUID of any other worker version as its value.
A special No worker version option is also included in the dropdown. Selecting it will filter on transcriptions that have no worker run associated with them.
When this filter is combined with Transcription confidence or Transcription worker run ID, each element must have a transcription that satisfies all of those filters at once.
Transcription worker run ID
Filter elements by the worker run of any of their transcriptions.
This field accepts the UUID of any worker run as its value.
The dropdown only suggests one option, Manual. Selecting it will filter on transcriptions that have no worker run associated with them.
When this filter is combined with Transcription confidence or Transcription worker version, each element must have a transcription that satisfies all of those filters at once.
Sorting elements
It is possible to sort the elements list using the two fields on the rightmost part of the filter bar. The first is a dropdown that lets you select a field to sort by, and the second a button to toggle between an ascending or descending sort.
The available sorting options are as follows:
- Name
-
Sort elements by their name.
- Creation date
-
Sort elements by their creation date.
- Random
-
Shuffle elements randomly.
Using this option, navigating to the previous or next page of results or changing any filter will re-shuffle the elements. - Position
-
Sort elements by their position within their parent folder.
This option is only available when browsing elements within a folder.
By default, elements are sorted by ascending name when browsing a project, and by ascending position when browsing a folder.
